Booking & Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness to all clients and therapists, we have established a clear booking and cancellation policy.
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full appointment price.

Our massage services are strictly for therapeutic and relaxation purposes. We maintain a professional and respectful environment for everyone.

Payment & Arrival
Payment Policy
To finalize the appointment, an advance payment of 30 euros is required.
The remaining balance is to be paid on-site, upon the therapist's arrival, before the session begins. Payment can be made by instant bank transfer or in cash.
Hygiene & Respect
Services at your door: We come to you, whether you are at home, in the office, or at a hotel, bringing all the necessary equipment for a massage session.

Detailed Cancellation Policy
- 24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service price.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full price (100%) of the scheduled service.
- How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made by replying to your booking confirmation email, calling us at [Your Phone Number], or via WhatsApp.
Appointment Modifications
- Unforeseen Circumstances: We reserve the right to modify or cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as therapist illness, emergencies, or equipment failure. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible, and we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund for any prepayment.
- Client Behavior: We may also terminate or modify a session if a client arrives late (in which case the session length will be shortened) or if a client displays inappropriate conduct, as outlined in our Client Guidelines.
